Crazy Speed workout ran 8 laps warm up and another 4 of speed changes. Then 6 sets consisting of 1 400 and 1 200 in each set. My spilts for the 400s were 63 65 65 66 67 66 and my spilts for the 200s were 29 30 31 31 32 31. After each 400 we had 200 recovery and after each 200 we had 400 recovery. Then another 5 laps for a cool down. Overall a great workout. |
