Good 8 miles up around the Hoogle Zoo. I was planning on going to nine but i cut it short becuase my knee started to hurt. So I took the foam roller and rolled my knee. Overall good run.

I felt sick today so I decided not to run. I went home and rolled out my knee and did some core work. Hope to get a good workout tomrrow.
