Today was a speed workthat that had 1x800,1x600,1x400,1x300,1x200,1x100 and then we ran a second set. My times for the 800's were 2:31 and 2:34. For the 600's I ran a 1:50 & 1:53. The 400's were 68 & 67. My 300's were 48 & 47. My 200's were 30 & 32. And finally my 100's were 12 & 12. |
