Race: BYU Autumn Classic (3.2 Miles) 00:15:49, Place overall: 1
Total Distance
13.00

Had four miles warmup because I joined the fresh/sophs on their cool down.

Great race overall! I think I had one the best starts I've had all season. I went out pretty fast and tried to separate. I think that I needed to focus on working throughout the middle of the race more. But overall I am pretty happy with my race. A few guys had the course at 3.25 so I'm not sure what the official distance is but it was definelty over 3.1

Then I just 1 mile of cool down

Evening run was just 5 miles at the pipeline trail
