Solid 5 around the zoo. Felt really good!! Nothing was tight and just enjoyed it.

11 miles on Cemetery run. Started at the Ensteins on 15th and ran the summer cemetery run. Did 20 minute fartley workout once there. I felt really good and worked it pretty well. First mile was 5:49. Second was 5:39. The last mile was 5:27. Went a total distance of 3.59. That is the farthest I've ever ran for a 20 minute session so I was really happy. Ran back to Ensteins and added to 11.

10 miles starting at the Walmart on Foothill Drive. Ran along Parleys way until we hooked up with the end of Cemetery run. Did a lap at Sugarhouse and then back up to the Walmart. Added to 10. Great run but it was pretty snowy.

Solid 10 miles on the Treadmill. Average pace was right around 6 minutes. Total time was 59:27.

Met at Liberty Park and did 3x2 mile. 10:15,10:16, and 10:17. I was happy that I stayed consistent and on the last one I started slow and was able to pick it up the last mile. Cooled down to 11.

9 miles along Wasatch! Felt great was running right around 6:30s.

Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!! Excited to announce that I will be traveling to Scotland with Team USA to race the Great Edinburgh Championship Race!! Can't wait to rep the USA and Utah!

Long run on Wasatch! Felt pretty good.
