Am: 5 miles around the zoo. Felt really good! I was only planning on 3 but decided to extend till 5.
Pm: Drove out to the Oval to do speed! But it was closed so we drove over Kearns to run the workout. Did 3x1600 and then 4x200. Had 800 meters recovery each mile and 200 recovery between each 200. Went 4:40, 4:38, and 4:38 for the miles and then all of my 200s were 27s. Great workout. Cooled down to 8.
