| | 4 miles out on the JCC dry creek trail then turned and came back the same way. Did core after.

| | Met at Wheeler Farm and did 2 miles warm up and then strides. Then did 10x2 minutes on/1 minute off. Total of 30 minutes. Felt good to do some faster stuff again. Cooled down to 11 then 6 later with Bill and Nat.

| | Ran VA loop with a lap in the cemetery with Bill, Nat, and Sarah. Then ran 6 on the Gully run with Clayton. Feels really good to be running consistently and I'm getting excited for the 4th of July 5k.

| | Ran 3.5 at Liberty before practice, Then we did another 1.5 warmup and a half mile of strides. Changed shoes and jogged over to the 1 mile start and did 3x800. Bill wanted me around 2:20 and I went 2:16, 2:17, and 2:14. Cooled down until I got 9 for the day.

| | Ran 9.5 along Wasatch towards Parleys and then back to my house, it was insanely hot so I made 2 stops for water along the way.
Very good week! Glad that I was able to get in 2 faster workouts.

| | Easy 10 miles this morning along Wasatch. Felt better but still was pretty hot. Average pace was 6:50.

| | Ran 2 miles before practice then did Cemetery run starting at Sugarhouse. Did a lap when we got to the Cemetery and then did interval work with 10x1 minute on, which was another 3 laps for me at the Cemetery. Jogged back to Sugarhouse and added to 12.
