Garek B Running

No Miles, still to sore from des news. Did go to yoga.

Ran at Sugarhouse in the morning, went one lap around the park and then down 15th to the gully, two laps there, and then back to the park. Added to 8.

Met up with Bill and Nat later and we ran from Bill's house to iceberg. Added to 6.

Pipeline this morning. Went out to the overlook and back to get 10. Then Clayton and I ran down the canyon for another 4.

Slipped on mileage today and only got 8 on dry creek.

Ran down to Sunnyside and then around the VA to the Cemetery by the Football Stadium. Did 5 hill strides then a lap then another 5 hill strides and finished the lap and ran back. 

Morning at Liberty. Jogged 2 miles warmup and then did some strides. 2x2 mile tempo and I went 9:58 and 9:54 so I was really happy. Cooled down to 8.

In the evening ran 12 with Bill out and back up Emigration Canyon.

7.5 miles out and then back for 15 on Jeremy Ranch Road. Felt nice to be on a softer surface but the hills were killer. With 4.5 miles to go met up with Josh Collins and ran with him for the last few miles.
