Garek B Running

Flew into San Jose today then drove to Palo Alto. It is a really cool town but by the time I was ready for a run it was too dark, so I got ten on the treadmill. 

5 in the morning on the treadmill, then another 3 on the treadmill in the evening. Did my core.

Got 30 minutes in the morning. Then we drove to Monterey and I did an fartlek workout. 1 minute on, 1 minute off, 2 min. on, 1 min. off, 3 min. on, 1 min. off, 4 min. on, 2 min. off, 5 min. on, 2 min. off then back down the ladder. Cooled down until 12.

Busy day today and was only able to squeeze in 6.

3 mile warmup

5 mile tempo. Sub 5:45 pace for all 5 miles

2 miles warmup and then 1 mile speed change. Did 3xrussian interval miles. 4:51, 4:57, and 4:53. Hard to do this workout solo. 800m recovery.
