Warmed up 2.5 miles including 1 mile of speed changes. Did 6 strides on the hill leading up to the track. Then changed shoes and started the workout. We did 2x1000, 2x800, 2x400, and 3x200. My times were 3:03 and 2:57. 2:18 and 2:22. 64 and 63. and then 30, 31, and 30. Felt really tight during the warmup but the hill strides loosened me up. Excited to race at Pineview this weekend.
