Today's run was awesome. Bill (Coach) told me to run an 8 miler in under 55 minutes, which is a little below 7 minute pace. I decided to run the adventure run above the U campus and then back through the U. I ended up doing 8 miles in around 48 minutes so I was really happy. I'm pretty sure that my average pace was right around 6:05 but my last three miles were all sub 6. My foot hurt a little when I was starting but after a mile it loosened up and felt great.
