AM: 13.5 miles! Started at Liberty and ran to Granite High's track. Did 3 sets of 4x400 with 2 minutes of standing recovery between repeats and 2 laps jog between sets. Times were as follows. 1st set 66, 65, 66, 66. 2nd set 65, 65, 66, 65. 3rd set 65, 65, 64 and the last one Coach said I could go 60 if I was feeling good and I ended going 57. Really excited for this season because of this workout. Ran back to Liberty.
