3 miles in the morning.

Drove to Granite for speed. Warmed up 2 miles and then 1 mile of speed changes. Did 1x1000 at 2:49 then 800 recovery. Then 300, 500, 400 in 43, 80, and 62. Purpose was to really focus on kicking the last 100 of each repeat. 2 minutes standing between each repeat, jogged 1200m then did another 300, 500, 400 in 45, 79, and 62. Jogged another 1200 and was expecting another set of the same 300, 500, 400 but instead changed to 6x200 with 200 meters recovery between each. Went 28, 29, 29, 28, 29, and 26. Really good workout, super happy with all my times. Added 2.5 cool down to get to 12.
