3 in the morning
In the afternoon we jogged up to the trail and measured out 300 meters and 200 meters. Did a mile or so of speed changes and then 3x300 with 300 recovery. I went 44, 43, and 42. Then 3x200 with 200 recovery. 27, 26, and 25. Jogged back to the school and added to 11.
