Am: 5 miles around the Zoo.
Pm: Ran to the U's track. Did a mile of speed changes, changed shoes, and then jogged a lap. Did 6x800 with 400 recovery. Coach wanted 2:25 to 2:20. Went 2:19, 2:16, 2:19, 2:17, 2:16, and 2:16. Jogged a lap and then did 2x400. First one was 59, jogged 200 recovery, second one was 57. Jogged back to the school! Great workout overall.
