Got a soild 4 miles in the morning along the Shoreline trail. 

In the afternoon we did some short speed. We had 1 mile warmup 1 mile speed changes then 4x400s. I went 63, 63, 61, 61. Felt good to do some fast stuff and my shin felt fine. Afterwards we cooled down 1 mile.

Ran down to the track and did 1 mile of speed changes then 2 300s. Then ran back home.

Got there, warmep up with 2 miles. Results aren't up yet but I think I was 2:01 for the 800 and sub 9:50 for the 3200. Felt a lot better during the 3200 then the 800. After the 800 I was dead but I'm glad that I refocused for the 3200.
