Good speed workout at the oval. 8 laps warmup then another 4 laps of speed changes. Then 1x1000 at 3:05, 1x800 at 2:32, 2x400 at 67 and 68, and finally 3x200 at 31,31,30. Then another 7 laps of cool down. During cooldown my ankles and knees were aching so I am going to roll out my IT bands. Overall a great workout. Getting pumped for the race Friday/Saturday. |
