4 miles out on the JCC dry creek trail then turned and came back the same way. Did core after.

Met at Wheeler Farm and did 2 miles warm up and then strides. Then did 10x2 minutes on/1 minute off. Total of 30 minutes. Felt good to do some faster stuff again. Cooled down to 11 then 6 later with Bill and Nat.

Ran VA loop with a lap in the cemetery with Bill, Nat, and Sarah. Then ran 6 on the Gully run with Clayton. Feels really good to be running consistently and I'm getting excited for the 4th of July 5k.

Ran 3.5 at Liberty before practice, Then we did another 1.5 warmup and a half mile of strides. Changed shoes and jogged over to the 1 mile start and did 3x800. Bill wanted me around 2:20 and I went 2:16, 2:17, and 2:14. Cooled down until I got 9 for the day.

Ran 9.5 along Wasatch towards Parleys and then back to my house, it was insanely hot so I made 2 stops for water along the way. 

Very good week! Glad that I was able to get in 2 faster workouts.
