I went out expecting to get more but my stomach and legs just felt awful turned around early and did not have time to get anything else in.
Ran 2 miles in the morning.
In the afternoon we ran up Emigration Canyon until we reached the summit of Little Mountain. Felt okay, my stomach still hurts but my legs felt strong.
