Pm: Drove out to the Oval for a speed workout. Ran 8 laps warmup and then changed shoes and jogged another lap. Did 5x1000 laps with a lap and a half recovery. 2:52, 2:53, 2:53, 2:54, 2:51. Then we had 3x400 with a lap of recovery. 62, 60, and 58. Cooled down to 11.
