Pm: Workout at the U track. Ran over there and then did another 3 miles and 1 mile of speed changes. Then we did 1000, 800, 600, and 4x400. Legs were feeling a bit sluggish but still a good workout. 2:51, 2:16, 97. The 400s were 60,60,60, and 57. Ran back to my house after. 13 miles total.
