AM: 2 miles warmup, 4 mile tempo in 20:15, and 2 mile cooldown. Legs were feeling kind of tired/flat but still good effort.

PM: 2 mile warmup, 2 sets of 4x400 with recovery starting at 1 minute and increasing to 1:30. 8 minutes in between sets. 1st set was 64,62,60,60 2nd set was 64,62,60,64. Locked up pretty bad on the last one.

Solid long run this morning around Town Lake. 16 miles in 1:43. 6:30 average. Legs were feeling kind of tired but not too sore.
