AM run we went down to Sugarhouse and did 4 hill strides up State hill then came back. It was around 5 and a half.
In the afternoon we ran down to liberty and did 6x800s. This was a rough workout for me, Coach wanted me right around 2:20 and I hit 2:23,2:25,2:22,2:23,2:21, and 2:22. I was satisfied because I was consist but I wanted them to be a little faster. We had half a mile of recovery after each one and then running back to the school got us to 11.
