Race: BYU Invite day 2 (1 Miles) 00:04:12, Place overall: 3
Total Distance
12.00

Two miles in the morning before driving down to BYU. 2.5 miles warmup with strides. Didnt sit as long in the Bullpen this time. Race went really well, got out strong and held the lead the first 2 laps. Then Connor came up on me and took control the 3rd lap. Last lap Connor, Josh Colloins, Mackay Johns, and I were all working super hard and I got boxed in the last 200 so I wasnt able to kick as strong as I could have but Im still really happy with the race. 2.5 miles cooldown.

4 miles later

Got the school record!!!

Go with the 4:12.99. It makes you seem that much faster. And you DID run 4:12 :) Also, congrats on the new school record!

Congrats on the great race and just being a part of one of the most insanely close races ever.
